Our story began decades ago in 1980, when my grandfather Late Shri Pooran Lal Singh laid the foundation of Satyawati Engineering Works with just a single lathe machine and an unshakeable vision. He was a master of his craft — a man of profound skill and knowledge who lived by a single, non-negotiable rule: Never compromise on quality. Though he is no longer with us, his values remain the bedrock of everything we do.

When my father Shri Gyan Singh completed his engineering, he stepped forward to take the reins. Together, my grandfather and father poured their sweat, intellect and relentless dedication into the business, scaling it to remarkable heights. Today, Satyawati Engineering Works is a name that needs no introduction in the industrial sector, proudly trusted and involved in critical government manufacturing works purely on the strength of its unyielding quality.

Having completed my Mechanical Engineering education abroad, I stood at a crossroad. But the hum of the machines and the lessons of precision were deeply ingrained in my blood. I knew my true calling was to honour my family’s legacy while carrying the torch forward into the future. That is how Guardians Precision Industries was born in April 2026.
